Terms of use of the Citalvo platform for businesses and users.
This is a plain-language summary for English speakers. The Spanish full terms remain the operational text under Colombian law when required.
1. Acceptance
By using Citalvo you accept these terms and linked policies (privacy, cookies, data processing).
2. Nature of the service
Citalvo is a technology intermediary for scheduling and booking. We are not a party to the contract between a business and its end customer.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Charges are processed by payment gateways; we do not store full card numbers.
5. Prohibited uses
Unlawful use, spam, fraud, limit evasion and loading sensitive data without a legal basis are prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for acts of users or third parties outside our reasonable control.
7. Governing law
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the laws of Colombia apply.
